Boyd Gaming Corp. (BYD) said it is offering $300 million aggregate principal amount of 8-year senior notes in a private placement transaction. The senior notes would be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by certain of the company's current and future domestic restricted units.
Also, the company plans to use proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the outstanding revolving balance on its bank credit facility or for general corporate purposes.
