Dundee Corp.(DC_A.TO) announced that it has acquired in a private placement, 16.67 million common shares of Difference Capital Funding Inc. at an issue price of $0.30 per common share. The position held by Dundee Corporation represents an approximate 19.19% interest in Difference Capital.
