DTS Inc. (DTSI) and SRS Labs Inc. (SRSL) announced that the waiting period as per the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in relation with the prior announced definitive deal under which DTS would buy all outstanding shares of SRS Labs, has expired.
Accordingly, the condition to the completion of the merger related to the HSR Act has been satisfied. DTS and SRS Labs continue to anticipate that the transaction would close in the third quarter of 2012.
