Two soldiers of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) died in a helicopter crash in eastern Afghanistan on Wednesday.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation, ISAF said in a press release.
It did not disclose the exact location of the incident or the nationality of the victims, but media reports quoting a senior Pentagon official said the dead soldiers were American pilots, and that the crash took place in Ghazni province.
With this, the total number of foreign troop casualties in Afghanistan this year rose to 186.
