J & J Snack Foods Corp. (JJSF) Friday said it acquired assets of Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels, a small soft pretzel company based in Chicago.
Scott Holstein, founder of Kim & Scott's Gourmet Pretzels, will remain with the company as Senior Vice President.
