XPO Logistics Inc. (XPO) said Friday that it will transfer the listing of its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange from the NYSE MKT.
The company expects to begin trading on the NYSE on June 14. It has retained its ticker symbol "XPO" and will continue to trade under the same.
The company's stock will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT until the transfer is complete.
