Misonix Inc. (MSON) said Tuesday it has entered into a new three year exclusive distribution agreement with Italy-based SIAD Healthcare for the distribution of the SonaStar Ultrasonic Surgical Aspiration System, the BoneScalpel Ultrasonic Bone Cutting System, and the SonicOne Ultrasonic Wound Cleansing and Debridement System.
The agreement provides SIAD with the right to sell throughout Italy, San Marino and Vatican City. Included in the agreement are annual minimum purchase requirements.
