American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP) said Tuesday that it plans to offer 3 million shares of its common stock.
The shares of common stock are being offered pursuant to a registration statement that the Company previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The registration statement has not yet been declared effective.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to make additional property acquisitions and repay certain indebtedness.
