Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. (MDF.TO) reported net income for the fourth quarter of C$2.6 million or C$0.19 per share, compared to C$1.9 million or C$0.14 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Revenues for the fourth quarter rose to C$14.9 million from C$12.7 million a year earlier.
The company said its Board of Directors has approved a 13% dividend increase in the quarterly dividend of C$0.08 per share and declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on July 16 to shareholders of record at the close of markets on July 3.
