Adams Express Co. (ADX) announced that the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and lead portfolio manager, Douglas Ober, will retire from the company within the next eighteen months.
Ober, 66, joined the Company as a research analyst in 1980 and has been the lead portfolio manager since April 1, 1991.
The company said that its board is retaining an outside search firm to assist in the selection of Ober's successor.
