New Energy Systems Group (NEWN) said Wednesday that its senior management team has completed the stock repurchase program as stated.
The last transaction was completed on June 15.
Since May 2011, the company's senior management team, including Chairman and CEO, Weihe Yu and CFO, Junfeng Chen, has spent about $1 million of their personal funds to purchase 959,795 shares of the company's common stock in the open market.
