Procter & Gamble (PG) Sank To A 9-Month Low After Guidance Lowered

Procter & Gamble (PG) lowered its fourth quarter core EPS forecast to between $0.75 and $0.79 Wednesday morning, from prior expectations of $0.79 to $0.85. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.82.

Procter & Gamble gapped open sharply lower Wednesday and fell in early trade. The stock settled into a range for the majority of the session and closed down by 1.82 at $60.39 on the highest volume of the year. P&G dropped below a one-month range and set a 9-month low.
