Pulse Seismic Inc. (PSD.TO) Thursday announced resignation of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Douglas Cutts. Cutts joined Pulse as vice president, finance and CFO and was later promoted to president, CEO and director.
The company's vice president, Neal Coleman, will assume the role of interim president, pending a search and appointment of a new President.
