Clariant AG said Tuesday that Dr. Hans-Joachim Mueller, member of the company's executive committee, has decided to leave the company on June 30 for personal reasons.
Mueller's current responsibilities will be transferred to the other members of the executive committee.
Mueller was appointed member of the executive committee in July 2011. His responsibilities include Environment Safety & Health Affairs, Innovation Excellence, and the Business Units Catalysis & Energy, Emulsions, Detergents & Intermediates, and Oil & Mining Services.
