Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. (PKOH) Tuesday announced the appointment of Scott Emerick as vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1.
Emerick formerly served as corporate controller of Lubrizol Corp. Before joining Lubrizol, he served as director of finance and as director of accounting and external financial reporting of Noveon Inc.
