In early deals on Thursday, the Indian currency changed little against the U.S. dollar. Presently, the rupee is trading at 57 per dollar, compared to Wednesday's close of 56.885.
Meanwhile, India's Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday called officials to formulate an economic revival plan to reverse the climate of pessimism and 'revive the animal spirit in the country's economy.'
