PC Mall Inc. (MALL) announced management changes made by its Board of Directors in connection with its Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Directors held on June 25, 2012.
Kristin Rogers, who was previously Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, will now serve as Executive Vice President of Marketing.
Joseph Hayek, who had previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, will now serve as President of PC Mall's Sarcom subsidiary, leading PC Mall's MME segment.
Also of significance, Simon Abuyounes was designated by PC Mall's Board of Directors as an executive officer of the Company under Section 16 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, serving in the position of President of the company's AF Services subsidiary.
