Gazit-Globe (GZT) said that Gadi Cunia would conclude his tenure as senior executive VP and chief financial officer of the company on October 1, 2012. The company plans to name Gil Kotler, who earlier served as its CFO for 12 years, as Senior Executive VP and CFO.
In recent years, Kotler resided in Miami, Florida where he has been engaged in a wide range of strategic activity including leading the group's international financial activities. Moreover, Kotler has completed a program for senior executives at Harvard University.
