Lincare Holdings Inc. (LNCR) announced Monday morning that it agreed to be acquired by The Linde Group for $41.50 per share in cash.
Lincare Holdings has gapped open sharply higher Monday and is now up 7.26 at $41.28 on the highest volume of the year. The stock has been rising sharply for the last 3 sessions and has surged to a new high for the year.
