Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd. (CHTP) is plunging 55 percent to $0.66. The company announced that it has received a written response from the FDA stating that Study 306B is unlikely to provide sufficient confirmatory evidence to support a Northera Capsules New Drug Application.
