eResearchTechnology Inc. (ERT) announced that Genstar Capital, LLC, has completed its acquisition of the company in a take-private transaction valued at approximately $400 million.
In April 2012, eResearchTechnology said it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Genstar Capital LLC for $8.00 per share in cash in a transaction valued at around $400 million.
