Alpha Strategic Plc (APS.L) Wednesday announced that Dr Nicola Meaden Grenham has resigned from the post of Chief Executive of the company with immediate effect.
The investment company specializing in financial services, however, stated that Meaden Grenham will continue to act as a Non-Executive Director of the company.
The company further added that Grenham has also agreed to become a consultant to the business to work on a number of specific projects, whilst being able to devote more time to her own company, Dumas Capital/
The company stated that it commenced a new search for the Chief Executive.
In the interim period, Colin Barrow, Chairman, will act as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive, the company added.
