Box Ships Inc. (TEU) announced after the close Thursday that it intends to offer and sell $30,000,000 of its common shares in an underwritten public offering.
Box Ships gapped open sharply lower Friday, but traded in a narrow range throughout the session. The stock closed down by 1.46 at $6.65 on the highest volume of the year and set nearly a 10-month low.
