US Dataworks Inc. (UDWK) Friday reported a loss in fourth-quarter, compared to a profit posted in the same quarter last year. For its latest fourth quarter, the company reported a net loss of $41 thousand or $0.01 per share, compared to a net income of $116 thousand or $0.01 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Revenue for the fourth quarter declined to $1.6 million from $2.1 million in the comparable quarter last year.
For fiscal 2012, the company reported net loss of $485 thousand or $0.01 per share, narrower than $608 thousand or $0.02 per share in the year-ago period.
Revenue for the same period was $6.6 million, down from $7.3 million last year.
