The U.S. housing starts and building permits data for June were released at 8:30 am ET Wednesday. Following the data, the dollar changed little against other major currencies.
The greenback is now trading at 1.2234 against the euro, 0.9821 against the franc, 1.5610 against the pound and 78.98 against the yen.
