MoSys Inc., (MOSY) reported that its second quarter GAAP net loss was $6.6 million, or $0.17 per share, compared to a net loss of $5.7 million, or $0.15 per share, for the second quarter of 2011.
The non-GAAP net loss for the second quarter of 2012 was $5.0 million, or $0.13 per share, which excludes amortization of intangible assets and stock-based compensation expense.
Total net revenue for the second quarter of 2012 was $1.7 million, compared with $3.3 million in the second quarter of 2011.
