Chuy's Holdings, Inc. (CHUY) said Friday that it has completed its initial public offering at $13.00 per share.
The company said it sold a total of about 6.7 million shares of common stock, which included 874,999 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
Total net proceeds to the company from the offering, after deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were about $79.6 million.
The issuance and sale of the shares closed on July 27.
