Austria's producer price inflation slowed for the fourth successive month in June, data released by Statistics Austria showed Monday.
The producer price index increased 0.3 percent year-on-year in June, after growing 0.6 percent in May. In April, the rate of growth was 1.1 percent. The rate of growth slowed for the fourth month in a row.
Consumer goods prices rose 1.9 percent annually during the month, while capital goods prices moved up 1.5 percent. Meanwhile, prices of energy products and intermediate goods decreased 1.2 percent and 0.4 percent respectively compared to last year, data showed.
On a monthly basis, output prices decreased 0.4 percent in June, after falling 0.3 percent in May, the agency said.
