Denmark's unemployment rate increased in June, after holding steady for three months in a row, data released by Statistics Denmark showed Tuesday.
The seasonally adjusted jobless rate rose to 6.3 percent in June from 6.2 percent in May, which has remained unchanged for three months in a row.
The number of unemployed persons in the country increased by around 1,500 from the previous month to around 164,200 in June.
The unemployment rate among youth, aged between 16 and 24, remained unchanged at 5.4 percent during the month, data showed.
