The company expects to report full year 2012 EPS of $1.80 to $1.86. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $1.97. The stock is now down 2.44 on 38K shares.

True Religion Apparel fell in early trade Tuesday and slipped further in the early portion of the afternoon. Shares finished down by 1.03 at $26.24. The stock finished near the lower end of a 3-week range.
