Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. (SBGI) announced that its Board has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. This is a 25% increase to the previous $0.12 quarterly dividend per share. The dividends are payable on September 14, 2012, to the holders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2012.
