Unemployment rate in Czech Republic remained at 6.8 percent in the second quarter, unchanged from the same period last year, the Czech Statistical Office said Friday.
The seasonally adjusted average number of unemployed persons according to the ILO methodology increased by 5,300 persons in comparison to the first quarter.
The employment rate reached 66.5 percent, up 0.8 percentage points compared to the preceding three months. The number of employed persons grew by 10,200 quarter-on-quarter.
