Globus Medical Inc. (GMED), a spinal implant manufacturer, said it has priced of its initial public offering of 8.33 million Class A common shares at a price of $12 per share, comprising 2.08 million shares offered by Globus Medical and 6.25 million shares offered by selling stockholders.
Further, Globus Medical has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 1.25 million shares to cover any over-allotments. The offering may be complete on August 8, 2012. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange today under the symbol GMED.
