Kansas City Southern (KSU) Wednesday said it has promoted David Ebbrecht to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of KCS and its U.S subsidiary, The Kansas City Southern Railway Co. Ebbrecht, most recently served as EVP operations.
In his new role, Ebbrecht will continue to coordinate closely with the leadership of Kansas City Southern de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Ebbrecht will continue to report to KCS president and CEO David Starling.
