Open Text Corp. (OTEX) reported fourth quarter non-GAAP EPS of $1.17 after the bell Thursday, up from $1.05 in the prior year period.
Open Text rose sharply during the first half hour of trade Thursday, but settled into a range for the remainder of the session. The stock closed up by 5.12 at $54.52 on above average volume. Open Text climbed to over a 3-month high and re-crossed its 200-day moving average.
