Angeion Corporation (ANGN) said Thursday that it is changing its corporate name to MGC Diagnostics Corporation, effective August 21.
The Company's common stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Markets exchange, but under the new symbol of MGCD.
This corporate name change was approved by the Company's Board of Directors as part of a Company-wide rebranding initiative and announced by the Company at its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 30.
