Career Education Corp. (CECO) Tuesday appointed Colleen O'Sullivan as its Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Sullivan replaces Michael Graham, who has chose to resign for pursuing other interests.
O'Sullivan previously served as the company's SVP, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. He has also held senior financial positions at Hewitt Associates, Sears Holdings and Arthur Andersen.
