PVF Capital Corp. (PVFC) announced fourth-quarter net income of $0.8 million, or $0.03 per share, compared to a net loss of $2.6 million, or $0.10 per share in the prior-year quarter.
Net interest income for the quarter rose to $5.69 million from $5.43 million last year. Total non-interest income for the quarter was $3.04 million, up from $2.00 million last year.
