Autodesk Inc. (ADSK) reported second quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.48 after the close Thursday, up from $0.44 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.49. The company expects to report third quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.40 to $0.45, compared to the consensus estimate of $0.50.
Autodesk gapped open sharply lower Friday, but regained some ground in early trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed down by 5.58 at $30.13 on the highest volume of the year. Autodesk closed testing support, trading at a month and a half low.
