GLENTEL Inc. (GLN.TO) announced that it has extended its Cellular Phone Kiosk license agreement with Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. for an additional period of 2 years, effective September 2, 2012.
The company stated that the agreement renewed by Costco grants GLENTEL an exclusive right to operate kiosks offering smartphones, accessories, and Costco-approved wireless devices within all Costco warehouses in Canada.
The original agreement was entered into between GLENTEL Inc. and Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. on July 31, 2007.
