Lions Gate Metals Inc. (LGM.V) announced that Paul Sarjeant has been appointed as its Chief Operating Officer or COO from the position of President and Chief Executive Officer or CEO.
Further, the company Chairman, Arni Johannson, will assume the role of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer and David McAdam has been appointed Chief Financial Officer or CFO of the Company, Lions Gate stated.
The company said that Michael Sweatman has stepped down as the Chief Financial Officer, but will remain a director of the Company.
