Werner Enterprises Inc. (WERN) announced after the bell Thursday that it now expects to report third quarter EPS of $0.33 to $0.36. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.44.
Werner Enterprises gapped open sharply lower Friday, but traded in a narrow range throughout the session. The stock closed down by 1.74 at $21.93 on the highest volume of the year and set a week and a half low.
