Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR) said Monday that it has appointed Tom Adams as Executive Vice President, Field Operations, and Kathleen Mayo as Executive Vice President, Customer Operations.
Adams will have national oversight of Field Operations and Ms. Mayo will have responsibility for Charter's Customer Care organization.
Ms. Mayo joins Charter effective September 17, and Adams will join on October 1, both reporting to John Bickham, Charter's Chief Operating Officer.
Adams joins Charter after a 17-year stint with Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC), most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations for Wisconsin.
Ms. Mayo was previously with Cablevision Systems Corp. (CVC) for 15 years. Her most recent assignment was Executive Vice President, Consumer Operations, with responsibility for field operations, customer service, and billing & collections.
