Registered Express Corp. (RGTX.PK) announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire TranzFile Corporation. TranzFile Corp. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Registered Express Corporation.
TranzFile's proprietary "shadow technology" complements Registered Express's system and network and will be integrated into its processes, creating a next level for security, storage and delivery of valued digital content and its accountability.
