Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced it has become aware of an U.S. government investigation involving the company's promotional practices. Questcor said it intends to cooperate with the government in investigation.
Questcor Pharmaceuticals said, its representatives will not be able to provide any additional information on the matter, other than through potential public Regulation FD-compliant disclosures.
