Lamprell Plc (LAM.L) Thursday said its Chief Executive Officer Nigel McCue has resigned from the company.
Peter Whitbread, a former CEO, has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive and will join the Board with immediate effect.
Chief Financial Officer Jon Cooper and Chief Operating Officer Chris Hand also announced their resignation from the board, but will remain with the company in order to ensure continuity in senior roles until suitable replacements are recruited.
The Board is engaged in a search process to identify a permanent CEO, CFO and COO.
