Informa plc (INF.L, INFMF.PK), an information and events group, said it acquired Zephyr Associates from Kemmons Wilson Companies for $62 million in cash. Informa noted that the deal would generate an attractive return on invested capital from 2013.
Zephyr, founded in 1994 and based in Lake Tahoe, is a provided of integrated business intelligence and decision support solutions for investment and wealth management professionals.
Financial Technology Partners served as exclusive strategic and financial advisor to Zephyr and its Board of Directors in this transaction, added Informa.
