Travelzoo Inc. (TZOO) announced Friday morning that it expects to report revenues in the range of $35 million to $35.5 million for the third quarter, with EPS of $0.20 to $0.22. The consensus estimates are for revenues of $38.89 million and EPS of $0.27.
Travelzoo gapped open sharply lower Friday, but traded in a narrow range throughout the session. The stock closed down by 3.48 at $20.02 on strong volume. Travelzoo closed testing the lows of the year, trading at nearly a 3-month low.
