Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd. (FFH.TO) reported net income for the third quarter of US34.6 million or US$0.90 per share, compared to US$973.9 million or US$46.73 per share for the year-ago quarter.
Revenue for the third quarter was US$1.89 billion, compared to US$3.32 billion in the same quarter last year.
Net premiums earned for the latest third quarter rose to US$1.60 billion from US$1.40 billion a year earlier.
