TMX Group Inc. (X.TO) Friday released the financial results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2012, reporting net income attributable to shareholders for the third quarter were $15.3 million, or $0.53 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $13.3 million, or loss of $109.79 per diluted share, reported for the corresponding quarter last year.
Adjusted earnings per share for the third quarter was C$0.67, compared with adjusted earnings of $0.07 per share reported for the year-ago quarter. .
Revenue for the third quarter were $113.4 million compared with nil revenues in the same period last year.
